FP&A Manager (Interim)

We are recruiting an Interim FP&A leader for a PE backed SaaS business to drive automation, BI tooling and run their financial analysis across multiple entities.

This role will work closely with the CFO to manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. The role will work closely with divisional financial and operational leaders to build strong processes & controls for centralised FP&A.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for the group
• Producing monthly management reports and analysis
• Building and reviewing financial models and KPI tracking
• Supporting ERP and BI tooling improvements
• Automating reporting and introducing new processes
• Managing and guiding the FP&A team
• Supporting divisional leaders with FP&A and consolidated reporting
• Acting as HOF for individual business units

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable stepping into an interim role and delivering quickly
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Understanding of SaaS metrics would be advantageous
• Clear communicator who can work with non‐finance stakeholders
• Available at short notice or within a limited notice period
