Finance Business Partner
Hybrid | Senior Financial Analyst | PE Backed SaaS
I'm currently working with an exciting PE-backed SaaS business in the West Midlands to help them find a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team.
This is a crucial newly created role within the finance team, focusing on cost; using strong financial modelling expertise, data visualisation tools and exceptional business partnering skills to help align and manage expectations of Senior key stakeholders within the business.
The role is highly suited for someone with PE, SaaS, or experience within a fast-growth environment, who is proactive, and enjoys implementing and setting up processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making
- Deliver detailed analysis including KPIs, variance and trend reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and challenge
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategy
- Identify risks and opportunities through analysis of complex data
- Support strategic projects and investment cases across the business
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) essential
- Proven experience within a commercial environment
- Strong analytical capability, able to manage complex data sets
- Advanced Excel skills (including modelling and data tools)
- Experience with PowerBI advantageous
- Confident communicator, able to influence key stakeholders
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
