Finance Systems Project Manager (Interim)

We are partnered with a PE backed SaaS platform who are looking for a Finance Systems Integration Manager. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising the integration between NetSuite and HubSpot and the wider finance tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow across finance, sales, and operations.

This is a hands-on role for a technically minded systems leader who can bridge the gap between finance, commercial, and IT, ensuring systems work together to deliver timely, accurate insights and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and optimisation of NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM to create a unified data and reporting environment.
• Map, document, and refine business processes across finance, sales, and operations to drive automation and efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT teams to define requirements, deliver configurations, and oversee testing.
• Manage data integrity, system controls, and ongoing improvements to reporting and analytics.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for NetSuite and HubSpot integrations, supporting users and resolving system issues.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful implementations and enhancements.
• Champion continuous improvement of systems, processes, and governance across the business.

About You

• Proven experience managing ERP and CRM integrations, ideally between NetSuite and HubSpot (other system experience beneficial).
• Strong understanding of finance processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, etc.).
• Excellent project management skills & able to deliver systems projects on time and within budget.
• Technically minded with experience in system configuration, API/integration tools, and data mapping.
• Confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and translate technical requirements into practical business outcomes.
• Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed, or multi-entity environment is a strong advantage.
