Finance Transformation Director (NetSuite) (London Area)

Camino Search are partnered with a PE backed technology business and we’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Transformation Director to lead the setup of a scalable, high-performing finance function.

You’ll oversee the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP while designing and embedding core finance processes, controls, and structures from scratch. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the heart of a high-growth transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NetSuite ERP implementation across finance
• Build the finance function from the ground up: processes, policies, reporting, and team
• Design and deliver a future-ready finance operating model
• Collaborate across functions to align systems, data, and controls
• Oversee chart of accounts, entity setup, and data integrity
• Drive automation and system integration to improve efficiency
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience setting up finance operations from scratch
• Multiple full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations
• Deep knowledge of finance processes and internal controls
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth or PE-backed environments
