Financial Controller

Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a technology consultancy. They are a high-growth, fast-paced business that is reflecting high profitability as well as being a well-run operation with high EBITDA margins.

This role will report directly into the CFO / Finance Director, an experienced leader with a strong background across technology and consulting environments. The position offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and the commercial decision-making of the business. Including direct management responsibility for a Finance Manager, within a lean, collaborative finance team that plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth.

What You Will Do:

• Owning and developing the existing reporting process including detailed 3-statement financial model, being able to build and automate segmental revenue and profit reporting.
• Own financial modelling including building downside, base and upside cases with clear assumptions.
• Manage the 3rd party audit, accounting, tax, Company secretarial and other supplier relationships.
• Undertake the annual budget process and report monthly variance analyses (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) against this.
• Prepare monthly board packs in line with reporting timetable.
• Work closely with the CFO supporting on strategic analysis.
