Group Finance Business Partner

We’re working with a high-growth, PE-backed professional services firm that’s investing heavily in digital transformation. They’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team and work closely with the IT function to drive value and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with IT leaders to build budgets, forecasts, and investment cases.
• Provide financial insight and challenge on technology projects and vendor contracts.
• Track IT spend, ensuring cost control and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Deliver clear, actionable analysis to maximise ROI on tech initiatives.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to meet PE-backed governance and reporting standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong business partnering experience, ideally in a PE-backed or fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of IT cost drivers, project accounting, and investment appraisal.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
