Head of FP&A (Interim)

We are recruiting an Interim Head of FP&A for a business that needs short‐term senior support within its finance function to professionalise their reporting and build out central controls.

This role will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to manage planning, forecasting, and performance reporting after a period of aggressive M&A. The role will work closely with divisional financial and operational leaders to build strong processes & controls for centralised FP&A.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for the group
• Producing monthly management reports and analysis
• Building and reviewing financial models and KPI tracking
• Supporting senior stakeholders with financial insight
• Improving FP&A processes where needed
• Managing and guiding the FP&A team
• Supporting divisional leaders with FP&A and consolidated reporting
• Acting as HOF for individual business units

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Head of FP&A or senior FP&A leader
• Comfortable stepping into an interim role and delivering quickly
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Understanding of SaaS metrics would be advantageous
• Clear communicator who can work with non‐finance stakeholders
• Available at short notice or within a limited notice period
