Interim ERP & CRM Transformation Lead - PE-Backed SaaS

Camino Search is currently partnering with a leading mid-market private equity client hiring for an interim Programme / Transformation Director.

This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new CRM and ERP systems, and re-engineering core business processes around Order-to-Case (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

This opportunity will suit an individual with a proactive and pragmatic approach, who can be confident reporting to senior stakeholders but also roll-up their sleeves and drive delivery on the ground in time and capacity-strained environments.

Interim engagement for an initial 6-months (with scope for extensions) paying up to £850pd outside IR35, must be based in Europe and flexible to travel.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Case (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience in SaaS and recurring revenue / subscription pricing businesses.
• Background in private equity backed and high growth environments.
• Previous experience delivering transformation across different entities and countries.
• Extensive experience in structured PMO environments and wider transformation initiatives.
