Post Merger Integration Manager
We are partnered with a highly acquisitive Software Platform who are looking for a Post-Merger Integration Manager. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all integration activities following mergers or acquisitions within a software-focused organisation. This role ensures operational alignment, technology integration, cultural cohesion, and realization of synergies to support strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration planning across product, engineering, operations, finance, sales, and support functions
- Develop and manage the master integration roadmap, timelines, and KPIs
- Assess and align technology stacks, development processes, and infrastructure
- Coordinate product portfolio integration, including roadmap alignment and lifecycle decisions
- Evaluate and streamline overlapping systems, tools, and workflows
- Manage cross-functional integration teams and ensure clarity of roles, ownership, and deliverables
- Identify operational risks, dependencies, and gaps, and create mitigation plans
- Drive synergy tracking and realization across revenue, cost, and operational efficiencies
- Support cultural integration initiatives and change management communications
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements during integration
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing integrations, M&A activities, or complex cross-functional projects in software or SaaS environments
- A consulting background is preferred
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse data, build business cases, and track performance metrics
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments
