Data Implementation Lead

We are looking for a Data Implementation Lead with experience leading successful data transformation and implementation projects within financial services. Role Summary You will work with the project team to plan and orchestrate the implementation of a new data structure to support back-office customer service processes for a financial services provider in Bracknell.  What you’ll be doing as Data Implementation Lead:

• Collaborating with the project team to design and deliver the new strategy.
• Taking ownership of project timelines and keeping the team on track.
• Providing clear leadership and direction to the project team and setting clear priorities.
• Acting as a key point of technical knowledge on the delivery of software and data services across a range of digital areas, including systems, applications, analysis, information reporting, information governance and information interpretation.
• Ensuring testing is completed regularly throughout the implementation.
• Identifying related risks and quality issues early and implementing solutions.
• Meeting with key stakeholders to provide reports and progress updates.
• Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What we’re looking for in a Data Implementation Lead:

• Experience in data architecture and engineering with enterprise size systems.
• Demonstrable leadership in data engineering or software development teams.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOPS, SecOPS and NetOPS.
• Understanding of ISO, data security and GDPR policies.
• Proficiency with SQL, excel and access.
• Experience within financial services would be advantageous.
