IT Manager

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE plus bonus £4,000 - £8,000 Annually.

As the IT Manager for the UK, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting the global information technology strategy at the local level. You’ll oversee infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operations across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant strategic influence.Your key responsibilities as IT Manager will include:

• Leading the implementation of the global information technology and digital strategy across UK operations.
• Managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, networks, and security to ensure maximum system availability.
• Overseing enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Leading and developing a high-performing team (2 direct reports).
• Collaborating with global information technology teams and external vendors to deliver effective, cost-efficient solutions.
• Managing service delivery, ensuring responsive, customer-focused support.

We would love to hear from you if you have any of the following skills and experience:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Demonstrable experience leading teams and managing vendors.
• Proven expertise with SAP S/4HANA, WMS, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Strong background in network administration, cybersecurity, and service delivery.
• Experience with EDI integration and ITIL/PMP best practices.
