Junior Consultant

A small, friendly Microsoft Partner based in Winnersh, Reading is looking for a Junior Consultant to join the team! They help businesses get the best out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum (with flexibility to pay more for a stand out individual), you will also receive:

• 28 days holiday + bank holidays.

If you’re the person in your office everyone goes to for help with spreadsheets, CRM systems or reports, this could be your perfect next step! What you’ll be doing as Junior Consultant:

• Becoming the expert who helps clients improve the way they work.
• Setting up and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Apps (don’t worry — training is provided).
• Building reports and workflows to make processes smoother and smarter.
• Working closely with colleagues and clients on multiple projects.
• Running training sessions and provide support once systems go live.

We’re looking for a Junior Consultant with:

• A strong background in administration, reporting, or CRM/data management.
• Great with Excel and comfortable handling spreadsheets and data.
• The “go-to” person in your team for reports, systems, or fixing problems.
• Organised, proactive, and keen to learn new skills.
• Happy to be part of a close-knit team where everyone works together.
