Sales Administrator

- Prepare accurate quotations, checking pricing, product information and availability
- Process customer orders and track them through to successful delivery
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability, lead times and deliveries
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates
- Maintain accurate information across CRM, ERP and internal systems while producing reports and resolving order-related queries
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce administration errors
- Previous experience within sales administration, sales support, order processing, customer service or account support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM, ERP or order management systems
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
- Experience working within technology, IT, software, managed services, distribution or reseller environments would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
