Senior Consultant – Dayforce Implementation

A consultancy delivering a major Dayforce HCM implementation for an end client is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to take a leading role in the delivery. The programme will be delivered in stages with Core HR being the initial focus, before integrating payroll, learning and recruitment etc. Why this opportunity

Key responsibilities as Senior Consultant

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of a Dayforce HCM implementation for a client programme
• Work closely with client stakeholders to translate requirements into configured Dayforce solutions
• Own specific functional areas within the implementation (e.g. Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent – depending on experience)
• Support project milestones including configuration, deployment, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with other consultants, delivery leads, and client SMEs to ensure a high-quality implementation outcome
• Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and manage delivery risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
• Maintain strong documentation and delivery discipline across the programme

What we’re looking for in a Senior Consultant

• Proven experience delivering Dayforce HCM implementations in a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and how they map into Dayforce
• Experience working on large, complex, multi-phase programmes
• Comfortable operating in client-facing environments with senior stakeholders
• Strong delivery mindset with attention to detail and outcomes

Desirable experience

• Experience implementing other HCM platforms (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Background in HRIS / HCM consulting rather than pure technical delivery
• Experience working across multiple Dayforce modules
