- Previous experience delivering service design within consultancy, agency or complex operational environments
- Strong expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping and ecosystem mapping
- Experience translating research and insight into actionable concepts
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate design rationale effectively
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional delivery teams using modern design tools
