Application Support Engineer
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, visible impact, and the chance to directly improve how people work every day. As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll sit at the centre of the organisation’s technology function, ensuring Microsoft 365 is stable, well-managed, and genuinely useful to the wider business. You’ll act as the internal technical authority, working alongside an external MSP while retaining control of day-to-day systems, user experience, and platform development. This is a hands-on, in-house role where your decisions and improvements will be seen and felt across the organisation. What’s in it for you
