Field Sales Manager - B2B SME

Along with a salary of up to £80,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive circa30–40% commission, up to 0.5% equity (doe) & remote working! Why Join?

- Build core infrastructure, systems and processes to support nationwide rollout
- Recruit up to 30 self-employed agents across key regions, with a core team of 10–20 in one major city
- Align with Training, Tech, Onboarding and Sales Management to ensure smooth launch
- Fine-tune operations for scalability and regional replication
- Ensure agents are fully operational with performance data to support forecasting
- Expand into new cities by replicating the proven model
- Support leadership in achieving proof-of-concept ahead of the funding round
- Host two national events and stay current on market trends and innovations
- Experienced B2B SME Field Sales leader with a strong and proven track record of recruiting, setting up, scaling and managing Independent Field teams (ISAs) targeting micro-businesses and high-street SMEs in sectors such as IT, telecom, utilities, insurance, card payment services and other similar services.
- Hands-on, strategic and ready to build from scratch — including putting in place proper systems, processes and agent infrastructure
- Energetic, ambitious and ready to capitalise on the BT Switch-off opportunity
- Strong network or ability to quickly map high-potential SME areas and local geography
- Proven ability to recruit ISAs with local reach and performance history — bonus if you bring a ready-made network of resellers or agents to accelerate buildout
- Ability to guide and challenge business leaders and CEO to reach proof-of-concept ahead of the next funding round
