• Designing and delivering scalable, AI-first solutions that map directly to real public-sector workflows
• Acting as the technical anchor between clients, product teams, and delivery functions
• Leading solution design, backlog refinement, and technical prioritisation across multiple workstreams
• Building and shipping production features using .NET, Azure, React, and modern AI frameworks
• Implementing Generative AI capabilities using LLMs, RAG, and agentic approaches
• Upholding engineering quality through code reviews, testing practices, and technical standards

What you’ll bring to the table as a Lead Full Stack Developer:

• Strong commercial experience delivering production systems with C# and .NET Core
• Previous experience designing and deploying Azure-based cloud solutions
