What you’ll be getting stuck into as Lead Software Developer
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of developers delivering a core software product
  • Remaining hands-on with software design and development using Microsoft .NET
  • Working directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into solutions
  • Planning workloads, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Improving development processes across design, build, test and release
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on product roadmap and innovation
What you’ll bring to the table as Lead Software Developer
  • Extensive experience designing and building software solutions
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft .NET
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring developers
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes
  • Experience working with structured development lifecycles and tools such as JIRA
