- Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware lifecycle and system improvements
- Strengthen digital security practices and support risk mitigation across programmes
- Manage user access, licensing, and SharePoint structure to ensure efficient data control
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including systems and equipment
- Support programme operations through contract coordination, inbox management, and regular check-ins
- Previous experience managing IT systems, suppliers, and digital tools within an organisation
- Strong understanding of data protection principles and system access management
- Experience overseeing operational processes across remote or distributed teams
- Ability to implement and improve systems that support business performance
- Experience coordinating contracts, suppliers, or operational logistics
