- Extensive experience managing complex customer accounts within ERP or SaaS environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven commercial capability across renewals, negotiations and account growth
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across technical and commercial discussions
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and activity
