What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Zscaler Security Engineer (ZIA/DLP)

• Administering and optimising Zscaler Internet Access within a large Secure Service Edge environment
• Designing and implementing DLP policies to protect sensitive organisational data
• Analysing web gateway logs, audit logs and alerts to identify malicious domains and suspicious behaviour
• Hardening security controls including access policies and SSL inspection configurations
• Supporting wider SSE capabilities including CASB, Cloud Browser Isolation and data protection controls
• Managing incidents, requests and investigations through ServiceNow workflows

What you’ll bring to the table as a Zscaler Security Engineer (ZIA/DLP)

• Previous hands-on experience administering Zscaler Internet Access in enterprise environments
• Proven experience designing and configuring Zscaler DLP policy controls
• Experience analysing malicious domains, URLs and web traffic within secure web gateway platforms
• Experience investigating security events and working with log analysis tools
• Familiarity with enterprise tooling such as SIEM platforms or endpoint security
