You’ll be brought in to elevate an existing Zscaler platform — focusing on intelligent policy design, stronger data protection, and deeper visibility into web traffic behaviour. Working alongside cyber security specialists and platform vendors, your work will directly reduce risk, detect suspicious activity, and tighten controls across a complex enterprise environment. - Administering and optimising Zscaler Internet Access within a large Secure Service Edge environment
- Designing and implementing DLP policies to protect sensitive organisational data
- Analysing web gateway logs, audit logs and alerts to identify malicious domains and suspicious behaviour
- Hardening security controls including access policies and SSL inspection configurations
- Supporting wider SSE capabilities including CASB, Cloud Browser Isolation and data protection controls
- Managing incidents, requests and investigations through ServiceNow workflows
- Previous hands-on experience administering Zscaler Internet Access in enterprise environments
- Proven experience designing and configuring Zscaler DLP policy controls
- Experience analysing malicious domains, URLs and web traffic within secure web gateway platforms
- Experience investigating security events and working with log analysis tools
- Familiarity with enterprise tooling such as SIEM platforms or endpoint security
