Senior Consultant Dayforce Implementation
A consultancy delivering a major Dayforce HCM implementation for an end client is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to take a leading role in the delivery. The programme will be delivered in stages with Core HR being the initial focus, before integrating payroll, learning and recruitment etc.

- Work closely with client stakeholders to translate requirements into configured Dayforce solutions
- Own specific functional areas within the implementation (e.g. Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent depending on experience)
- Support project milestones including configuration, deployment, and go-live readiness
- Collaborate with other consultants, delivery leads, and client SMEs to ensure a high-quality implementation outcome
- Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and manage delivery risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
- Maintain strong documentation and delivery discipline across the programme
- Proven experience delivering Dayforce HCM implementations in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and how they map into Dayforce
- Experience working on large, complex, multi-phase programmes
- Comfortable operating in client-facing environments with senior stakeholders
- Strong delivery mindset with attention to detail and outcomes
- Experience implementing other HCM platforms (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Background in HRIS / HCM consulting rather than pure technical delivery
- Experience working across multiple Dayforce modules
