Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEO and PPC to lead our digital acquisition efforts. You will play a crucial role in scaling our digital marketing and significantly growing the business. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives on analytics, optimisation, and measurable results in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and refining digital marketing strategies to grow traffic, leads, and revenue across our product range through both paid and organic search channels.

In essence, we are looking for someone who’s lived and breathed PPC & SEO for the past 5 years or so, in the nuts & bolts of Adwords, Search Console, SEMRush, GA etc, day in day out. Building ad campaigns, setting up tracking, monitoring, reporting, optimising, scaling.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Strategy & Leadership
  • Own and evolve the digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on SEO and PPC
  • Set clear performance KPIs, forecast budgets, and manage campaigns to hit growth targets
  • Collaborate across teams (eg dev, sales) to implement activity and align digital strategies with business objectives
Analytics & Reporting
  • Ensure the website is comprehensively and correctly tagged with Events, conversion flags etc. Often utilising Google Tag Manager for this
  • Ensure activity tracking and attribution are properly configured and maintained
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4), Looker/Data Studio, and other tools to measure and create reports to illustrate campaign performance
  • Deliver actionable insights from data to guide the digital marketing efforts and improve conversion rates/performance
What we’re looking for:
  • 4-7 years of experience in business-to-consumer digital marketing with a strong emphasis on PPC and SEO
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid and organic search channels
  • Hands-on experience of creating, optimising, scaling and reporting on PPC campaigns
  • Hands-on experience of identifying technical SEO improvements, keyword targeted long-form content creation, and off-site link building
  • Expertise in Google Ads (incl PerformanceMax), Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and major SEO tools
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with interpreting data to guide activity and strategy
  • Ability to manage a digital marketing budget and forecast future performance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
