Finance Administrator Location: This is a desk based role in our Market Harborough O ce.Salary: £25,000 per annum Position: This is a permanent position. We can consider this role as full-time or part-time working hours. About Us: As a tech start-up which is growing rapidly we like people who are passionate and enthusiastic about revolutionising the property sector. You will need to be proactive and not afraid to use your initiative. You will be keen to roll up your sleeves and get stuck inWe provide our technology to estate agents so that buyers and sellers can sell properties online. By working in partnership with estate agents, we are helping to make property transactions fast, certain and transparent. The Finance Administrator plays an intrinsic role in the running of the Group's nances and will work with the CEO and our external nance consultant to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. Whilst this is a standalone position, you will work closely with the wider team to deliver operational excellence across the group. Roles and responsibilities will include: 
  • Payment handling and setting up payments for approval through Xero
  • Invoice generation and reconciliation
  • Processing bills and invoices from suppliers
  • Working with our customers' accounts teams to ensure that we receive accurate invoices 
  • Replying to billing enquiries through the accounts email inbox
  • Liaising with our external nancial consultant to ensure billing and invoice accuracy, you will process and check customer self billing invoices, ensuring that all self-billing invoices are complete and accurate, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Issuing and ensuring the accuracy of buyer invoices
  • Resolving buyer billing enquiries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with external solicitors to obtain their client account details and process
Skills needed for this position:
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be educated to A-level standard and have relevant experience in a nance, You will have excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service and nance administration is essential, and knowledge of using nance systems such as Xero would be an advantage. se
