Sales Development Representative Salary: Up to £37,000 (depending on experience) +£11k OTE Commission
Location: UK Fully Remote role, with quarterly meeting (or when required for meetings and training)
The role: We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth by generating high-quality new business opportunities. This is a front-line, proactive role focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective customers within the property sector.
Key responsibilities: - Identify and research prospective customers across defined target markets and geographic regions.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria to ensure strong sales conversion.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Regional Account Directors and Sales Directors.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including activity tracking, lead status and pipeline progression.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.
- Develop strong knowledge of our business products, value proposition and market positioning.
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting-setting and pipeline generation KPIs.
About you: - Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to senior decision-makers.
- Strong research and prospecting capability with attention to detail.
- Organised and disciplined in managing daily activity and follow-up tasks.
- Comfortable working to activity metrics and performance KPIs.
- Interest in property, technology or data-led solutions is advantageous.
