The role

We are hiring a Business Development Director based in London to drive revenue growth globally and in the UK. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline creation to closing and work directly with senior decision-makers in organisations where identity, security and customer experience are business-critical. This role suits a results-driven sales professional who enjoys opening new markets, selling high-tech solutions, opening doors, and taking clear ownership of commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end new business acquisition on a global scale
  • Develop and grow Candour's sales pipeline in the UK
  • Work towards defined revenue targets and measurable sales outcomes
  • Build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Lead discovery, demos, commercial discussions and contract negotiations
  • Clearly articulate Candour's value in terms of business impact and ROI
  • Represent Candour at industry events and customer meetings

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development
  • A strong track record of selling complex, high-value or high-tech solutions
  • Comfortable owning deals independently from first contact to close
  • Results-driven mindset with comfort working towards revenue targets
  • Strong credibility with senior buyers and enterprise stakeholders
  • Structured approach to sales execution and follow-up
  • Native or fluent English

Experience of selling to financial services and /or telecom industries is a strong advantage.
