The Head of IT will take the lead on shaping and executing the company’s technology roadmap, with a core focus on digital transformation, infrastructure resilience, system integration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the organisation’s long-term IT and digital strategy.
- Lead the delivery of technology initiatives that improve efficiency, resilience, and user experience.
- Introduce automation and data-led approaches to support smarter decision-making.
- Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless technology operations.
- Oversee IT budgets, licensing, and procurement processes.
- Ensure infrastructure and systems remain secure, compliant, and scalable.
- Develop and test robust disaster recovery and cyber security frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all aspects of IT and digital development.
Key Skills
- Proven experience leading enterprise IT functions and delivering large-scale technology projects.
- Strong background in cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure, business applications, and systems integration.
- Track record of successfully managing teams, vendors, and IT budgets.
- Ability to influence at senior level and engage with non-technical stakeholders.
