Business Analyst / QA
Location: Manchester City Centre (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

What you need:
- Experience in QA
- Exposure to Business Analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
- Ecommerce/retail experience

What You’ll Be Doing day-to-day:
- Acting as the key link between internal teams and developers (both in-house and external)
- Translating business needs into clear, high-impact requirements
- Owning QA and UAT processes, including writing detailed test scripts
- Investigating, triaging, and resolving bugs effectively
- Managing workflows and tickets via Jira
- Collaborating with third-party platforms and partners
- Identifying opportunities to improve UX, performance, and commercial outcomes
- Streamlining internal processes and supporting project delivery/documentation
