The Role:

This is a hands-on where you will:

• Provide first- and second-line support for all end-user hardware and software issues.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, network peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with server and network maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Carry out routine system checks, backups, and monitoring.
• Maintain IT documentation for processes, devices, and support tickets.
• Get involved in small IT projects, including hardware upgrades and migrations.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with hardware, including PCs, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of networking devices (switches, access points, cabling) and basic wiring.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and user account management.
• Comfortable with hardware diagnostics, component swaps, and maintenance tasks.
