Salary: £28,000-£35,000

A full UK driving licence and access to transport (due to site visits).
A dynamic organisation is seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Engineer to join its growing team. This is an on-site role, with regular visits to client sites in the surrounding area. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users, both remotely and on-site.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Deliver user-focused technical training where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
- Work independently and collaboratively to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role.
- Experience with technical support and troubleshooting skills across a range of IT systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
