We are partnering up with a B2B supplier based in Newcastle (one day a week in office) who are looking for a backend engineer to set the technical vision and guide architecture.

What you'd be doing:

> Identifying and resolving technical debt, introducing new backend technologies

> Leading technically

> Providing hands on guidance

> Mentoring and collaborating

Tech:

Java I AWS I Spring bot I SQL

What they are looking for:

> Strong Java experience

> Good AWS experience

> Solid architectural event-driven experience (i.e. Kafka)

> Knowledge of SQL

>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed system design
