Platform Engineer

Platform Engineer - Leeds - Onsite - Up to 70k (DOE)

I’m looking for a Platform Engineer to join a dynamic technology team and play a key role in managing and automating their hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the Technology Director, development, and IT teams to build, optimise, and maintain a reliable, scalable platform.

What You’ll Need

• Three years commercial experience in a Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability role
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, S3)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Solid understanding of containerisation and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Strong Linux administration skills and understanding of networking fundamentals

Languages & Scripting (Required)

• Python
• Bash / Shell scripting
