Second Line Support Engineer

Senior Second Line Engineer - Preston (On site) - Up to £36k plus fantastic benefits including; funded training, enhanced maternity/paternity and medical schemes.

What you'll be doing...

• Take ownership of first-line support tickets.
• Lead and support new client onboarding.
• Monitor systems and cloud platforms.
• Supporting and helping to upskill more junior members of the team.

What we're looking for...

• Strong Microsoft azure experience.
• Knowledge of windows server and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated experience delivering 2nd line support, preferably in an MSP setting.
