Second Line Support Engineer - St Helens - £37k (DOE) - Onsite

My client is a leading provider of IT support services. Their core competency lies in delivering bespoke solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. They are currently after a second line support engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and core IT systems.
  • Manage user accounts, access, and email (M365/Exchange).
  • Deliver remote support with occasional on-site client visits.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Assist with IT projects, migrations, and upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an MSP environment.
  • Strong O365 & Windows experience.
  • Wants to get stuck into a fast-paced, diverse environment.
