#TeamCandour are hiring a Technical Consultant for an innovative and rapidly expanding technology provider. They are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to help drive their growth across a range of sectors. This hybrid position is based in London , with one day a week in the office .

About the role…

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a central role in bridging the gap between commercial, product, and technical teams. You’ll work closely with prospective clients during the pre-sales phase, helping them explore and understand technical solutions, assisting with integration, and supporting successful onboarding.

The focus of this role is on a geolocation-based compliance solution tailored for organisations operating across markets. You’ll guide SDK integrations for both web and mobile platforms, facilitate technical evaluations, and continue to support client’s post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for prospects, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Lead product demos, technical deep dives, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Design tailored client solutions using AWS and cloud-native technologies
• Support SDK integrations for web and app platforms
• Manage onboarding processes and provide post-sales technical guidance
• Keep informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Essential skills:

• Experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consultancy role
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and SaaS ecosystems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Ability to deliver compelling demos and technical proposals
