The Opportunity

A brand-new role is available for a UX-focused Front-End Developer to join their growing Digital team. You’ll play a key role in shaping their Origin platform, ensuring it’s fast, intuitive, and genuinely enhances the way consultants design high-performance buildings.

This role blends UX design and front-end development:

• Set up UX processes and run user studies to make sure what’s built truly works for its users.
• Collaborate with developers in a Scrum team to turn ideas into working interfaces.
• Create toolkits and standards so software, dashboards, and digital deliverables feel consistent and on brand.
• Help build UX expertise across the company and champion user-centred design.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience designing user-friendly software and running UX processes.
• Care about every detail of UI design, from colour choices to error states.
• Can bring your designs to life in a React-based front end.
• Are comfortable contributing to collaborative software projects (Git, PRs, CI).
