Commercial & Invoice Analyst/ Procurement Analyst – IT (London)

Hybrid- 3 days in the office per week

Salary up to £45,000 DOE

We’re working with a global organisation seeking a detail-driven Commercial & Invoice Analyst to support their IT finance and procurement team in London.

This role suits someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and collaboration, someone who enjoys bringing order to complex financial and operational processes.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that vendor invoices, budgets, and purchase orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with the Commercial & Licensing Lead, you’ll play a vital role in tracking budgets, managing procurement activity, and supporting software licensing and asset management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain budget tracking, reporting, and reconciliation against forecasts.
• Support purchase order creation, tracking, and supplier coordination.
• Monitor licensing records and assist with audit preparation.
• Generate monthly financial reports and dashboards.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in procurement, finance operations, or commercial support.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and invoice workflows.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational ability.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working across teams.
• Ideally qualified, ACCA etc
