We’re working with a forward-thinking consultancy that’s transforming how the built environment is designed and delivered. Their digital team is at the heart of this change, using data, simulation, and machine learning to enable smarter, more sustainable decisions.

The Opportunity

A brand-new role is available for a Simulation & Analysis Product Lead to join their Digital team. You’ll play a key role in shaping a bespoke platform, Origin, which empowers consultants and engineers to leverage project and real-world data for high-performance, sustainable building design.

This role blends product leadership, building physics, and cutting-edge tech:

• Lead the development of computational, simulation, and machine learning features within the platform.
• Oversee products such as Kaleidoscope (ML for rapid early-stage design analysis) and SAM (Sustainability Analytical Model).
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise features and ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and the Director of AI to drive forward the firm’s AI and digital capabilities.
• Support academic partnerships and R&D with leading higher education institutions.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Experience as a Product Lead (or similar), delivering complex, data-driven projects.
• Background in building physics, simulation, or analysis tools within the built environment.
• Strong understanding of statistical models, algorithms, and machine learning.
• Curiosity to research and validate new ideas and emerging technologies.
• A collaborative, open-minded approach and the ability to support others.
• Desirable: Agile product management, Python or similar coding experience, ML testing and evaluation, product ownership background.
