- Design and implement next-generation HR Target Operating Models, and Shared Services of the Future.
- Support HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Oracle).
- Leverage Agentic AI and automation to optimise HR processes and decision-making.
- Create Experience Layers that deliver intuitive, personalized employee interactions across digital platforms.
- Facilitate workshops using Design Thinking and Employee Journey Mapping to reimagine HR experiences.
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
- Experience working on shared services, HR Target Operating Models (TOM), and HR process optimisation.
- Strong understanding of HR technologies, AI applications, and employee experience design.
- Proficiency in system implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver complex HR programs in a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/HRIS platforms and process optimisation.
