Your Role:

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Tech & Cyber Standards BoW, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls into technology delivery pipelines.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify gaps, track compliance, and support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and working groups with senior stakeholders to drive consensus and resolve blockers.
• Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable plans and user stories.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and dashboards to track progress, KPIs, and audit readiness.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a hybrid PM role within technology or cybersecurity domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and experience using data to drive insights and compliance.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
