Role Summary

If you are an experienced wealth client services administrator looking to step away from routine file maintenance, this role offers a clear path into strategic project delivery. You will support practice acquisitions and technological change across a growing group. This provides direct involvement in onboarding new firms while offering the flexibility of remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the operational onboarding and integration of acquired practices and client banks, giving you direct exposure to corporate expansion and high-level project workflows.
  • Manage client novations, account transfers, and system data alignment on Curo, deepening your specialist CRM mastery and technical data coordination skills.
  • Test, pilot, and embed new operational systems and streamlined processes across departments, allowing you to influence business efficiency and establish yourself as a key systems champion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project trackers, follow-up actions, and stakeholder communication, developing your project management capabilities and executive visibility across the wider group.

Requirements

  • Client support or administrative background gained within a wealth management or independent financial advisory environment.
  • Strong working proficiency with Curo software and an active interest in systems, processes, and data migration.
  • Working knowledge of core wealth operational processes, including client onboarding, transfer documentation, and novations.
  • High level of organisation, confident communication skills, and proficiency across standard Microsoft Office applications.

If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team, as we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
