Network Operations Center Manager
Join Capita as a NOC Shift Lead, where you'll manage and guide a shift team to ensure seamless network operations and incident resolution. This is a shift-based role, including night shifts, working onsite at our Belfast office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee shift performance and allocate tasks.
- Act as an escalation point for major incidents.
- Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Drive process improvements and team development.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience leading technical service teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL knowledge and ability to manage escalations.
- Eligible for Security Clearance (SC minimum).
