Network Operations Center Manager

Join Capita as a NOC Shift Lead, where you'll manage and guide a shift team to ensure seamless network operations and incident resolution. This is a shift-based role, including night shifts, working onsite at our Belfast office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee shift performance and allocate tasks.
• Act as an escalation point for major incidents.
• Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive process improvements and team development.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading technical service teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL knowledge and ability to manage escalations.
• Eligible for Security Clearance (SC minimum).
