Business Development Manager (Recruitment Role)

The Role:

• Salary up to 50k

• Full commission plan and incentives

• 100% business development. This is not a 360 role - you'll have resourcers working for you.

• Full client contact and account retention.

• Would suit someone who wants to step away from 360 recruitment and concentrate on purely Business Development.

• Must be able to convert leads and open doors.

Your Skills:

• Experience of recruiting into tech sales preferred, although any professional services market considered.

• Knowledge of the US market preferred but not essential.

• Able to work remotely, but ideally NW based.
