Recruitment Consultant - Remote role

Roles like this one are few and far between! Rare opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours at a small but growing agency – with more business than they can currently fill!

The role:

• Split between delivery, account management and new business development.

• Some live accounts to be handed over, but you should be also to do your own BDM.

• Owner/Director moving to a fully BDM role so there’ll be a lot of business to work on.

Looking for:

• Experienced recruiter ideally in a professional market especially IT Sales

• Someone who can take on delivery, account management and their own 360. Role will be split between all 3 on a 33% split between each. if you want a bigger split on 360 then this is not an issue.
