Entrepreneur - Head of Revenue & Operations

Role:  Entrepreneur, COO, CRO, MD - you tell us what works best

Salary:  Initially circa £40K - £50K + Equity stake / If you have early success then this can be increased quickly and periodically

Location:  Remote, UK based & full right to work

This business was created by a few serial Entrepreneurs that are very ambitious and have spotted a massive gap in how AI is reshaping visibility online.  Search has changed forever and our client makes sure brands are seen, trusted and chosen by AI.  Its not Marketing its Survival!

We’re looking for a commercial operator to take ownership of both sales and operations and turn early momentum into a repeatable, scalable business. This person will

•    Lead outbound and inbound sales while building new partner networks •    Develop scalable revenue systems and improve margins •    Oversee delivery and hiring as revenue grows (account management, marketing/social leads, etc.) •    Work directly with the founders to prepare the business for investment and international growth

Ideal profile

•    Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally B2B or agency

•    Background in scaling an early stage company (knows when and how to hire) •    Understands growth levers like pricing, operations and margin improvement •    Confident leading both commercial strategy and operational delivery •    Passionate about the AI or digital transformation space
