Programme Manager – Finance Systems
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £800-£1000 /day (outside IR35)
Location: Buckinghamshire – Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a contract role to lead a finance systems implementation and technology solution for a leading insurance client. This role requires a strong background in managing complex finance systems transformations, particularly within insurance or financial services.
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Experience of finance systems implementation is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
- Experienced within ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday).
- Track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous (or wider financial services) with sector knowledge of regulations and processes.
- Strong experience in risk, governance and control.
- Previous experience of managing system integrators and delivery partners through formal supplier meetings, ensuring adherence to contracts and quality standards
