Overview

We're seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Lead with experience of owning the functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions across all finance workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design.
• Lead all functional consultants.
• Coordinate all finance process leads.
• Functional planning and horizon thinking.
• Govern fit-gap analysis and solution decisions.
• Ensure consistent adoption of Oracle standard functionality.
• Manage functional design authority and configuration governance.
• Support testing, training, cutover and deployment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation leadership.
• Previous experience in a large-scale multi-pillar finance transformation programme.
• Strong process design expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills - able to manage partners, vendors, and internal teams.
