Project Administrator - MS Excel - Onsite, Bradford (5 days a week) - Inside IR35, 6 months - £250 - £300 per day

My client a well-known organisation seeks a Project Administrator to support the provision of an effective access control security key management function. The primary role is to provide a professional service (including first line support) to all areas of the business and service partners requiring mechanical & electromechanical security access key into any operational site; including but not limited to, providing ad hoc administrative support for the PAC access control system, the Electromechanical key project as and when required along with administrative duties and support that may be required from the Physical & Electronic Security Team. Please note this role will require onsite working 5 days a week.

Essential:

• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the utility sector and regulated environment.
• Fluent in the use of IT and Microsoft products especially Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint.
• Excellent standards of customer service (internal & external).
• Strong interpersonal skills, be able to build up effective working relationships with a range of people.
• Ability to challenge and change existing processes.
• Thorough, reliable, enthusiastic and rigorous approach to work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to work across all levels and functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on your own and in a team-orientated environment

Desirable:

• Experience of mechanical & electromechanical security (Door Entry systems, CCTV, Wireless Keys, etc)
