Retail Systems Trainer
A major fashion retailer is commencing is seeking a dynamic and engaging Retail Systems Trainer to support the rollout of new till and cash office systems across multiple European countries as part of a major transformation programme. This is a hands-on delivery role with frequent travel to 9 - 10 European countries, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working directly with end users.
You'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training experiences that support business change, working closely with programme teams, L&D, and store operations. If you have a background in retail, store processes, or training-and love being on the move-this is a unique opportunity to make a real difference across a major brand's European footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training to end users across multiple countries
- Design and develop training materials aligned to programme standards and business needs
- Manage the full training cycle-from planning and development to delivery and evaluation
- Collaborate with business change, systems, and L&D teams to align training with programme releases
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve materials and delivery methods
- Ensure all content meets business standards, templates, and quality expectations
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Degree-level education or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role or related field
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe
- High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset
Desirable:
- Experience with store operations, especially till or cash office processes
- Exposure to systems and process change programmes
- Familiarity with modern training tools and techniques
- Experience in retail or fashion environments
